Prism Specialty Restoration is seeking an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose, service, and repair a wide variety of appliances while upholding high standards of customer service and technical excellence.

The role involves on-site and off-site diagnostics, repair of refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and more, with emphasis on safety and professional communication with customers.

Qualifications

• Solid experience troubleshooting and repairing major appliances.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site and off-site diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services for appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens).
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and sealed system issues safely.
• Maintain clear communication with customers regarding options and costs.
• Manage service van inventory, tools, and documentation of completed jobs.
• Assist with building maintenance and servicing equipment in the facility.
• Assist in managing crews on commercial projects.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
