• Minimum Qualifications: availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent service by understanding customer needs and presenting products and services.
• Stay up to date on Apple products, services, purchase options, and Product Zone sales processes.
• Support peers by sharing knowledge about Apple products, services, and purchase options, and assist in offering ownership opportunities.
• Maintain accuracy and follow guidance.
• Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service across the store.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.
