PACS Group, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator for Apple Endpoint Management to own the Apple device landscape across the enterprise.

You will manage JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, and integrate with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID while advancing endpoint security and automation initiatives. The role collaborates with infrastructure, security, service desk, and acquisition teams to ensure secure, compliant devices throughout their lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience administering Apple devices within an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of experience administering JAMF Pro.
• Experience with macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices at scale.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance management, and modern device management practices.
• Experience scripting and automating workflows using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar technologies.

Responsabilités

• Administer and optimize Apple endpoint management platforms, including JAMF Pro and Apple Business Manager.
• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, policies, software deployment strategies, OS updates, and endpoint security standards.
• Support integrations between Apple management platforms, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and enterprise security solutions.
• Design and implement automation solutions using APIs and scripting tools.
• Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on onboarding, acquisitions, and modernization initiatives.
