Job summary

Hasbro is hiring a System Administrator to lead and support Apple device deployment using Jamf Pro across a large enterprise. You will balance end-user experience with strict security and compliance, serving as the primary authority on Apple device management.

You will coordinate patching, device lifecycle, and documentation, collaborating with teams across locations to implement best practices and scale operations.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating Jamf Pro in a large multi-site environment.
Strong macOS and iOS/iPadOS device management knowledge.
Familiar with ABM and ADE enrollment processes.
Scripting for automation (Bash, Python or similar).
Experience with Jamf Pro API and API-driven automation.
Able to write reports and procedural documentation.

Responsibilities

Guide and lead the Jamf Pro environment and workflows.
Coordinate patch management for Apple devices.
Supervise device security posture and compliance.
Support device lifecycle: provisioning, imaging, decommissioning.
Maintain documentation and runbooks in Jira/Confluence.
