Job summary

SunSoft Online LLC is looking for a Cloud Apple JAMF Administrator to manage and support Apple devices for a state agency. The role involves ensuring efficient device management using JAMF Pro and requires a Bachelor's degree in IT along with 3+ years of experience in Apple device administration.

This is a 100% onsite position based in Phoenix, Arizona, with a contract lasting through June 2027. Candidates must be available for an in-person interview and able to start within two weeks of an offer.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Apple device administration experience.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager and Mobile Device Management (MDM).
• Experience supporting macOS and iOS in enterprise settings.
• Endpoint management / systems administration experience.
• 100% onsite in Phoenix; current location must be on resume.
• Available for an in‑person interview within one week.
• Able to start within two weeks of an offer.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Apple devices in a cloud‑managed environment using JAMF Pro.
• Manage the full lifecycle of macOS and iOS devices including enrollment, configuration, and deployment.
• Integrate JAMF with Apple Business Manager and other identity platforms for secure access.
• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, policies, applications, and automation scripts.
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to ensure optimal end‑user experience.
