Qualifications

• Experience coordinating Jamf Pro in a corporate multi-site environment with 1,000+ devices.
• Strong macOS and iOS/iPadOS device management, configuration profiles, and MDM concepts.
• Experience with Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
• Proficient with scripting for automation (Bash, Python, or similar).
• Skilled in extension attributes, smart groups, and user mapping attributes.
• Experience with Jamf Pro API and automation through APIs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of Jamf platform updates, Apple MDM features, and industry guidelines.
• Understand Microsoft Intune and Entra to test and roll out new capabilities.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to clearly present information and answer questions from various sources.
• Experience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow or Jira Service Management.

Responsibilities

• Guide and lead the Jamf Pro environment, including all related workflows.
• Coordinate patch management processes to ensure timely software updates across Apple devices.
• Supervise device compliance and security posture, taking corrective action where needed.
• Support device lifecycle management, including provisioning, imaging, and decommissioning.
• Build and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and runbooks using Jira/Confluence.
