You will manage the Apple fleet, configure Jamf Pro, and maintain security baselines, patches, and EDR across a remote‑first workforce, aligning with HIPAA/NIST requirements and collaborating with vendors as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years in an individual contributor role managing Apple‑centric enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Jamf suite of tools (Jamf Pro/Cloud/Connect).
• Strong understanding of EDR solutions and securing macOS in federal healthcare or civilian contexts.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and NIST security frameworks for endpoint management.

Responsibilities

• Manage Cognitive’s Apple fleet and end user help desk service requests.
• Handle Backup and Disaster Recovery, DLP, and antivirus for endpoints.
• Lead configuration and management of MacBook laptops using Jamf Pro with zero‑touch deployment and security baselining.
• Manage help desk requests via Jira Service Management with SLA adherence.
• Design and maintain MDM policies and EDR tools for a remote‑first workforce.
