Responsibilities

• Lead daily deployment activities on Apple devices, guiding the team to meet production goals.
• Perform imaging, configuration, testing, labeling and packaging of MacBooks and iPads.
• Coordinate daily workflow, prioritize tasks, and balance workloads to meet schedules.
• Monitor progress and communicate priorities or blockers to relevant departments.
• Verify configurations, asset tagging, labeling and documentation against client specs.
• Assist with troubleshooting deployment issues with IT, PM, or Logistics.
• Track inventory and deployment materials in the production area to ensure accuracy.
• Train new team members on procedures, quality expectations and safety standards.
