Job summary

Clark Associates is seeking a Sr. IT Support Mac Specialist to lead Apple device management, fleet imaging, and security strategy across the enterprise. The role acts as the escalation point for Apple‑related issues and mentors the IT support team while hands‑on with end users on complex problems.

The position oversees Kandji/Apple Business Manager based MDM, fleet automation, and imaging standards, and engages with leadership on security improvements and policy enforcement.

Qualifications

• Experience managing MDM platforms for Apple devices.
• Proficient in imaging and zero-touch provisioning.
• Strong knowledge of OS and hardware troubleshooting.
• Experience with security configurations (FileVault, endpoint protection).
• Leadership and mentoring of IT support staff.

Responsibilities

• Manage the enterprise MDM platform covering Mac, iPhone, and iPad devices.
• Own the full lifecycle of the Apple device fleet, from procurement to secure retirement.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex Apple issues.
• Develop and maintain security baselines and compliance configurations.
• Lead and mentor IT support staff on Apple device troubleshooting.
• Respond to and resolve complex IT support tickets for Mac devices.
• Support non-Apple devices and cross‑platform integrations.
• Evaluate and pilot new Apple device management tools and security enhancements.
