Groundswell, a premier technology integrator, is seeking an Appian Test Engineering Lead to develop web-based applications with strong automation testing expertise. You will lead QA strategy, environments, data, and a testing team, shaping quality across projects and collaborating with remote or hybrid teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in IT, 5+ years of software testing, 2+ years automation, and hands-on experience with Playwright and Selenium.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related discipline from an accredited college.
• 5+ years of software testing experience with cross-functional teams.
• 2+ years of automation testing experience.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring junior members.
• Knowledge of test management, automation toolsets and processes.
• Knowledge of performance testing processes and cadence.
• Proficiency with test automation and test management tools like Playwright and Selenium.

Responsabilités

• Lead overall test strategy, test environment design, and test data.
• Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing.
• Review and provide recommendations regarding test documentation.
• Develop test plans and procedures based on requirements documents.
• Collaborate with testing groups on test related issues and topics.
• Provide timely communication regarding upgrades, downtimes, and system changes.
• Ensure proper bug reporting and issue escalation.
• Perform technical reviews to adhere to quality processes.
