Groundswell is hiring a QA tester to join our team and partner with Appian project teams to craft and execute testing strategies. The role focuses on QA testing of Appian applications across several projects, creating test scripts, and documenting results.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of QA testing experience, works well in an agile setting, and is eligible to work in the United States. Flexibility to travel is required as per project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field required.
• 3+ years of QA testing experience on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts; record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to resolve issues.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends across projects.
• Write user stories to support testing efforts.
