Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our Appian-focused teams in the United States. You will partner with project leads to develop testing strategies, perform QA across multiple projects, and record results with clear documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of QA testing on software, experience in agile environments, and the ability to travel. U.S. citizenship is required for contract compliance. Groundswell offers strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.)
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends
• Writing user stories
