Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to partner with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications. The role involves QA testing across multiple projects, creating test scripts, documenting results, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues. A strong Agile background and U.S. citizenship are required; travel may be needed, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Detail oriented with experience handling several projects at once.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation/test scripts and record results.
• Partner with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
