Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field is required.
• 3+ years of QA testing experience on software applications such as Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• U.S. citizenship is required per contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across multiple projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts and record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends.
• Write user stories.
