Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team, partnering with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications, ensuring quality across multiple projects.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Business or IT, 3+ years of QA testing on software (Appian, UiPath, Pega), and experience in agile environments. US citizenship is required; travel flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Detail oriented with ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen per contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Creating documentation/test scripts and recording results.
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends.
• Writing user stories.
