Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team and collaborate with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies for Appian applications. You will partner with project leads to define performance goals and execute QA testing across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of QA testing, Agile experience, and US citizenship per contract obligations. Travel as needed is expected, and automation testing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
• 3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega, etc.).
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
• Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Creating documentation/test scripts and recording results.
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends.
• Writing user stories.
