Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team to partner with Appian project teams and develop testing strategies specific to Appian applications. The role involves QA testing across multiple projects, creating test scripts, and documenting results, while collaborating with leads and developers to resolve issues.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field, 3+ years of QA testing experience in software applications, and Agile experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related field.
3+ years of QA testing on software applications (Appian, UiPath, Pega).
Detail oriented with ability to manage several projects at one time.
Experience working in an agile environment.
Must be a U.S. citizen in accordance with contract requirements.
Flexibility to travel as required.

Responsibilities

Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
Analyzing bugs to identify trends
Writing user stories
