Job summary

Groundswell is seeking a QA tester to join our team and partner with Appian project teams to develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications. You will work to ensure quality across multiple projects and document tests and results.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years of QA testing experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and the ability to travel as required. U.S. citizenship is required in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience performing QA testing on software applications such as Appian, UiPath, or Pega.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• U.S. citizenship required due to contract requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leads to develop testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects.
• Perform QA testing on Appian applications across several projects.
• Create documentation and test scripts and record results.
• Collaborate with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Analyze bugs to identify trends and write user stories.
