Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Columbia, MO is seeking an Apparel Team Lead to guide a department in daily operations, merchandising, and customer service. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience, supervisory experience a plus.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities for discounts and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to department associates on merchandising, pricing, stocking and customer service.
• Assist in staffing, training, scheduling, and performance coaching of team members.
• Maintain plan-o-grams, execute store directives and ensure UPC/pricing accuracy.
• Deliver a legendary customer experience and promote store programs and services.
• Resolve customer and associate issues in coordination with GSM/DM and HR.
