Bass Pro Shops in Hazelwood, MO seeks an Apparel Team Lead to direct department associates, manage merchandising, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will coach staff, coordinate schedules, and support events while upholding pricing and inventory integrity.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2–4 years of retail experience, with supervisory background a plus. Expect a fast-paced team environment with daily customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years of retail sales experience; supervisory experience a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze reports and present information effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and POS/inventory systems.
• Ability to train and coach staff and conduct meetings.

Responsabilités

• Directs daily activities of department associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Manages merchandising, pricing, and plan-o-grams per Corporate guidance.
• Staffs the department, coordinates training, and schedules weekly work.
• Resolves customer issues with GSM/DM and HR Manager.
• Maintains high levels of customer service and product knowledge.
• Coordinates special events and ensures pricing/UPC integrity.
• Conducts product demos and supports Club memberships and in-store pickup.
• Fosters a positive, harassment-free work environment.
