Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Rocklin, CA is seeking an Apparel Team Lead to oversee daily department operations, staff scheduling, and customer interactions. You will guide associates in merchandising, product knowledge, and service excellence to ensure a top-tier shopping experience.

You will coordinate with store leadership, participate in interviewing and training, and maintain pricing, inventory, and display standards while promoting customer-focused programs and events.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
2–4 years in Retail Sales experience preferred.
Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Direct daily activities of department associates and ensure excellent customer service.
Execute merchandising directives and maintain plan-o-grams and pricing accuracy.
Assist in staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance coaching.
Assist in events, pricing integrity, and inventory accuracy.
Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
