Job summary

You will help with interviews, onboarding, training, and scheduling, while maintaining compliance with safety and loss prevention policies. A strong customer focus is essential.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Prior retail sales or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15–35 lbs repetitively.
• Ability to work extended periods standing or walking.
• Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with ladder or lift.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the store team to execute brand standards and audience engagement.
• Help hire and onboard teammates; observe interviews and department tours.
• Plan, organize and deploy staffing to meet daily game plans and events.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards; manage price changes and stock.
