Amerex Group LLC in New York City is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work with Sales/Imports and external 3PLs to support customers and resolve issues. You will handle EDI orders, allocate fulfillment, review discrepancies, and update DTC portals across major retailers.

A high school diploma and at least 3 years in garment-related experience are required. This full-time, in-person role offers $42,000–$45,000 per year and a 40-hour work week.

Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in garment-related industry.
• Able to multitask, detail-oriented and positive.
• Fast-paced environment experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Blue Cherry a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Process EDI orders and verify accuracy against bulk orders.
• Review allocation reports to generate pick tickets for warehouse.
• Coordinate with Sales on discrepant POs and resolve issues.
• Review open orders for monthly shipping and liaise with imports.
• Verify arrivals meet delivery dates and flag delays.
• Update DTC orders in portals (Kohls/Walmart/Nordstrom/Amazon).
• Handle special handling requirements and coordinate with warehouses.
• Order supplies and provide cross-training for backups.
• Report to Customer Support Manager and assist with non-automated returns.
