This entry-level role focuses on apparel operations, logistics, warehouse management, and retail fulfillment. Ideal candidates are organized, Excel-friendly, and able to communicate with warehouses, carriers, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, warehousing, retail, or related field preferred.
• Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager with daily communication and coordination with 3PL warehouses.
• Follow up on inbound receipts, inventory, orders, and outbound shipments.
• Track warehouse receiving and shipping activity.
• Help resolve inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged merchandise.
• Help coordinate transfers between warehouses and distribution centers.
• Assist with monitoring retail apparel orders and packing/shipping according to customer requirements.
