Qualifications

• 2+ years of apparel industry experience required.
• Direct experience managing apparel shipments and supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of apparel export procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Experience coordinating with overseas vendors and factories.
• Strong communication with retailers and external partners.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily apparel supply chain operations.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments and export documentation.
• Track production timelines to ensure on-time delivery to retailers.
• Maintain compliance with retailer routing guides and export regulations.
• Communicate with internal teams (Sales, Production, Customer Service) and overseas vendors/freight forwarders.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays.
• Support process improvements to optimize logistics efficiency.
