Responsibilities

• Adhere to the indoor merchandising guide to maintain department and signing standards and appealing displays.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• Oversee the recovery process to keep the department neat and visually appealing.
• Coordinate and execute price changes accurately and efficiently, updating pricing labels and signage.
• Manage implementations of playbook features and planogram sets per company guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness, enforcing safety protocols.
• Provide friendly, proactive customer service to assist with inquiries and concerns.
• Support front-end transactions or loadouts as required.
• Operate retail equipment and handheld devices.
• Participate in cross-training for flexibility across departments.
• Engage in training programs and webinars to grow skills.
• Uphold Rural King values in daily work.
