Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by anticipating athlete needs and providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Lead store operations and merchandising plans within budget and goals.
• Develop schedules and assign workload to meet athlete traffic while achieving payroll and financial targets.
• Build and lead a strong team through sourcing, hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies and procedures.
