DICK'S Sporting Goods is looking for a Team Captain – Apparel to lead the apparel department and deliver an engaging shopping experience rooted in product knowledge and athlete connection. You will coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail/customer-facing experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate, and knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation.
• Lead and coach teammates, drive sales, and ensure athletes feel confident in their selections.
