Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing clear, accurate information about products and assortment.
• Follow floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment standards.
• Promote and lead company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, credit card enrollment).
• Contribute to development of 30-60-90 day plans to support department priorities.
• Lead scheduling, staffing, and operations within budgets and goals.
• Act as Head Coach when leading the store, including opening/closing procedures and supervision.
• Coach and develop direct reports; monitor performance and payroll alignment.
