Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by understanding needs and explaining products and assortments clearly.
• Assist in developing 30-60-90 day plans with store leadership to support priorities and budgets.
• Communicate goals and plans to teammates and manage workload for efficient operations.
• Build and lead a team, coach and develop teammates, and manage performance and compliance.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
