Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-3 years of experience.
• Previous retail/customer-facing experience required.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding athlete experiences by providing product information and maintaining merchandising standards.
• Support department planning and staffing, and assist with opening/closing procedures and store oversight.
• Communicate goals to staff and manage schedules to meet athlete traffic and payroll goals.
• Build and lead a team through coaching, training, and performance reviews.
• Enforce safety, loss prevention, and store policies across the team.
