Atrium is seeking a Production Coordinator in New York, NY to support end-to-end apparel production from purchase orders to shipment. The role requires coordinating multiple styles and SKUs, ensuring quality and on-time delivery, and collaborating with Design, Product Development, Sales, and external manufacturing partners.

Candidates should have at least 3 years of apparel production experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Outlook and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor production orders for quality and delivery standards.
• Maintain detailed WIP reports for multiple styles and SKUs.
• Communicate with overseas factories, vendors, and agents.
• Track orders from PO placement to final shipment.
• Coordinate product specs with Design and Product Development.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet customer requirements.
• Assist with PO placement and communicating details to vendors.
• Track sample submissions and approvals.
