Give Me The VIN is seeking a tech-savvy Application Support Specialist to partner with our developers and support teams. You’ll troubleshoot CRM and internal apps, manage user access, and document issues to drive faster resolutions.

You’ll collaborate with vendors like RingCentral, Twilio, and SendGrid, help onboard/offboard staff, and translate technical problems into clear guidance for non-technical teammates, ensuring smooth operations.

Qualificações

• Experience in technical support, help desk, or business systems support.
• Experience administering a CRM.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical employees.
• Experience with administrative dashboards, system settings, and logs.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot employee issues with CRM and internal applications.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, roles, and system access.
• Support phone extensions, call routing, voicemail, and related issues.
• Investigate Twilio voice and SMS issues.
• Troubleshoot email delivery problems.
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding across multiple systems.
• Review system logs and dashboards to identify problems.
• Determine whether an issue is user-related, configuration-related, vendor-related, or a software defect.
• Escalate confirmed software issues to developers with clear documentation and reproduction steps.
• Work directly with vendors such as RingCentral, Twilio, and SendGrid.
• Document common issues and create troubleshooting guides.
• Provide employees with basic system training and support.
• Follow issues through to resolution.
