Valley Health System in Waldwick, New Jersey seeks an advanced practice clinician (PA or NP) to provide primary care and urgent care services in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting. The role emphasizes expert clinical practice, care coordination, and leadership in research and quality initiatives.
You will work with patients and families and other providers, meet NJ licensure requirements, maintain certifications, and participate in quality and safety programs.
In a collaborative and multidisciplinary environment, contributes professional and clinical expertise to assigned patient populations to ensure the delivery of high quality care. Scope of practice will encompass expert clinical practice, expert guidance and coaching of patients and families and other healthcare providers, research leadership (clinical, professional, and systems). Duties are performed in accordance with the NJ Board of Nursing guidelines for Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, primarily in area of specialty.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience in area Primary Care /Urgent Care/ Emergency Department Participation in pertinent professional and/or specialty organizations preferred.
BLS certification.
Minimum new grad base salary $127,500 K. Salary commensurate with years of experience as an NP/PA. Generous w RVU production incentive. Ability to earn up to 10% quality incentive.
