You will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to translate user insights into programs, campaigns, and interactive activities that increase retention and advocacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in community management, app operations, social media, digital marketing, or user engagement.
• Experience managing online communities or mobile app communities preferred.
• Strong understanding of user engagement strategies and community-building practices.
• Creative mindset with ability to develop campaigns and interactive experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the app-based user community by creating an engaging and interactive experience.
• Develop community strategies to increase user participation, engagement, and retention.
• Monitor community activities, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
• Build programs that encourage users to return, participate, and share the app with others.
• Create engaging content, discussions, challenges, campaigns, and interactive activities within the app community.
• Develop creative initiatives to make the community experience more fun, valuable, and memorable.
• Encourage user-generated content and meaningful conversations among community members.
• Recognize and nurture active users and community advocates.
• Develop creative campaigns to increase referral participation and user acquisition.
• Identify opportunities to motivate users to invite friends and expand the community.
• Analyze referral activities and provide recommendations to improve conversion and engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams on referral campaigns and promotions.
• Serve as the voice of the app community by collecting and analyzing user feedback.
• Identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities to improve the app experience.
• Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to communicate community insights.
