Qualifications

• Excellent writing and communication skills with ability to articulate community insights to product and engineering stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI products and early adopter engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to scale communities and implement automation while maintaining authentic engagement.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with multiple teams (growth, social, brand, product).
