Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or IT or equivalent education.
• 10+ years of leadership, enterprise technology and operations experience.
• Strong experience with IT strategy, portfolio management, Application Asset management and application lifecycle management.
• Ability to build productivity tools - Vibe coding, Build PowerApps, AWS Kiro or similar tools.
• Expertise in strategic planning and view of enterprise initiative.
• Change management and organizational transformation experience.
• Program management and initiative planning and execution experience.
• Exceptional communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with executives.
• Knowledge of current IT trends and best practices in portfolio and application management.

Responsibilities

• Define APM framework, manage application inventory, establish governance, and partner with teams supporting ServiceNow CMDB.
• Ideal profile: strong Project/Program/Product Management experience with success leading large-scale enterprise initiatives.
• Must-have skills: executive stakeholder management, problem-solving, initiative leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Nice to have: IT background, experience with APM, ServiceNow/CMDB, application governance, and AI-enabled development tools like AWS Kiro.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders to align technology and business strategies.
• Manage cross-functional, strategic initiatives and drive consensus across diverse groups.
• Communicate effectively with all levels to advocate for technology investments.
