Job description

We are seeking an experienced PPM Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience to analyze, create, and manage data entry for customer projections and purchases. This role demands high accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities:

• Focus on a single customer, with cross-training for flexibility.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM, or similar platforms.
• Design and build custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
• Maintain system documentation and operating procedures.
• Provide training and support to end users.

Technical Skills:

• Experience with PPM functionalities, and basic knowledge of Java, HTML, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, with AMS experience.
• Ability to customize legacy code and maintain good relationships with OpenText.
• Experience exploring out-of-the-box features of PPM, especially reporting and dashboards.
• Knowledge of demand management, proposal management, portfolio management, project execution tracking, budgeting, workforce planning, resource and time management, software release, deployment, and project management, and strategic alignment.
