Job summary

Simple Solutions seeks a Sr. SAP CRM with Agent Performance Management (APM) Consultant / Lead functional Consultant. Remote with some travel to client sites, focusing on end-to-end SAP CRM/APM implementations.

You will lead design workshops, configure modules for onboarding, licensing, and commissions, and provide hands-on guidance across multi-system integrations. 10–15 years SAP, 5–7 years CRM, 2–3 APM implementations preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Agent Performance Management experience.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle SAP APM implementations.
• Minimum 2 years of SAP APM production support experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP CRM with Agent Performance Management implementations.
• Conduct business requirements gathering and solution design workshops.
• Configure SAP CRM APM modules to support onboarding, licensing, commission processing, and payouts.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP APM.
• Analyze and resolve commission calculation issues and payout discrepancies.
