Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Direction – Solution Consulting – APM to drive the growth of its Asset Performance Management practice in North America. You will lead a world-class team, shape go-to-market strategy, and build solutions with partners to deliver predictive maintenance outcomes for clients.

The role emphasizes CXO advisory, ecosystem partnerships, and building repeatable APM accelerators while achieving ambitious revenue and efficiency KPIs.

Qualifications

• 13+ years in technology services, SI, or enterprise software with 7+ years in APM/predictive maintenance/industrial analytics.
• Experience with major APM platforms and analytics solutions.
• Proven growth track record building a tech practice or business unit.
• Strong C-Suite selling and deal-shaping capabilities.
• Educational background in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global go-to-market strategy for the APM practice.
• Originate, shape, and close large-scale, consulting-led APM transformations.
• Manage P&L with bookings, revenue, and margin accountability.
• Advise CXOs on APM strategy, solutions, and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with key platform partners (C3.ai, AVEVA, AspenTech) and hyperscalers.
• Develop repeatable APM solutions and lead capability-building initiatives.
• Mentor and lead a global team of APM consultants and delivery specialists.
• Represent the company at industry forums and partner events.
