Job summary

NAL Research Corporation seeks a strategic Director of APNT Solutions to drive growth in the APNT space. You will own the product portfolio, shape strategy, and lead cross‑functional execution across engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.

You will engage with government, defense, and international customers, develop roadmaps, define pricing and lifecycles, and translate market needs into actionable plans while guiding partners and internal stakeholders through rapid expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years in product management, strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience with navigation, timing, aerospace, defense, or satellite technologies.
• Experience working with government and commercial customers.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategic direction of NAL's APNT product portfolio.
• Develop and maintain multi-year product roadmaps aligned with growth objectives.
• Define product vision, market positioning, pricing strategy, and lifecycle management.
• Prioritize investments based on customer needs, competitive dynamics, and ROI.
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements and engineering priorities.
• Lead product launch planning and commercialization activities.
• Engage government, defense, commercial, and international customers to understand requirements.
