Job summary

Verifiable, a provider credentialing and network monitoring platform, is building a new API-focused engineering role at the intersection of Sales, Implementation and Support. You’ll scope feasibility, review SOWs, and serve as the API expert for Support.

You are a technical, client-facing professional who can read an API, communicate clearly, and help scope integrations. We prize ownership, rapid learning, and shaping a role as you go; we support a fully distributed US-wide team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Solutions Engineer or Sales Engineer role in B2B SaaS
• Working familiarity with APIs and integrations
• Experience scoping or reviewing statements of work (SOW) with clients
• Strong written and verbal communication, customer-facing from day one

Responsibilities

• Get involved early in the sales process on API and web app deals to assess technical fit and scope
• Own SOW review for API and web app implementation scopes
• Support the implementation of API and web app customers
• Serve as the escalation resource for API-related Zendesk tickets, closing knowledge gaps in Support
• Act as a resource for upselling and solutioning conversations with existing API customers
• Coordinate across Sales, Implementation, Engineering, and Support to keep API commitments visible and on track
