Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in API product development and IT service operations.
• Experience with REST APIs, endpoints, payloads, status codes, and authentication.
• Ability to write user stories and acceptance criteria for development and QA teams.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for API products.
