Job summary

Richman Property Services is seeking a Full-Time Porter for Cyrus Apartments in Austin, TX. Salary is $19.00 per hour with a Texas Stay Program offering staged $500, $1,000, and $1,500 bonuses across the first year.

Hours are 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, with possible weekends and a one-hour lunch. Responsibilities include upkeep, resident service, safety adherence, and ongoing opportunities for advancement to Maintenance Tech.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months of related experience preferred.
• Experience with cleaning compounds and pressure washing beneficial.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of property grounds, amenities, common areas, and buildings.
• Report any unusual circumstances or resident concerns promptly.
• Always maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Uphold safety standards and report any issues to management.

Salary Range: $19.00 To $19.00 Hourly

Come join our growing Maintenance Operations Team as a Full-Time Porter for our brand new residential community in Austin, TX!

This position is eligible for our brand new \"Texas Stay Program\", which is designed to reward commitment, celebrate milestones, and financially support RPS new-hires along the way! You will be eligible to receive up to $3,000.00 during your initial first year with RPS as follows: after 90-days $500.00, after 6 months, $1,000.00, after one year of service, $1,500.00. All bonuses are paid in conjunction with our regularly scheduled payroll timeframes and dates, and are taxable. Employee must be active at the time of the scheduled payout date.

Location: Cyrus, our brand new 263-unit residential community located in Austin, TX 78723 (Northeast)

Hours: The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily, weekends possible.
