Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Porter to join our dynamic team. Are you a community-inspired, passion-driven individual with a can-do attitude? If so, we want you on our Maintenance team!

Location:

Bennett Creek, our 260-unit community located in Jacksonville, FL 32216.

Hours:

The hours for the position are Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily. Weekend shifts may be required periodically.

• Full-time Employee health benefits and and programs
• Automatic quarterly pay increases every quarter (every 3 months), after initial 90-days on the job, and eligibility for discretionary bonus at year end
• Excellent career advancement opportunities possible. Our Porter role is a feeder position to Maintenance Tech (and we may sponsor EPA I & II).
