Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Make-Ready Specialist in Allen, TX to ensure vacant units meet market-ready standards. You will perform repairs, seal gaps, inspect drywall, and complete make-ready checklists under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Completes repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to move-in following the make-ready checklist.
• Caulks and seals around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs/replaces as needed.
• Performs touch-up painting for vacant/occupied units per supervisor or manager.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans, pressure-washes breezeways and pools, paints curbs/signage as needed.
• Fixes parts when possible to support cost-cutting and proper material use.
• Completes make-ready checklist and maintenance docs on time as required.
• Follows safety policies; attends trainings, reports accidents promptly.
• Provides courteous resident service and handles maintenance requests with urgency.
