Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new tenants. You will clean, repair, and restore units to meet habitability and aesthetic standards, ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include performing basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry tasks, documenting work, and coordinating with contractors as needed. A high school diploma and maintenance experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant units for new tenants with cleaning and basic maintenance.
• Perform plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks as needed to make units move-in ready.
• Document work performed and coordinate with vendors for complex repairs.
• Maintain safety standards and proper use of tools and equipment.
