Meridian Residential Group is seeking a Make Ready Technician to prepare rental units for new tenants, performing maintenance, repairs, and cleaning to a high standard. You will inspect vacants, identify needs, and execute tasks to ensure move-in readiness, safety, and appeal.

Collaborating with property management and maintenance staff, you will track work, prioritize orders, and uphold quality across the portfolio, contributing to tenant satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections of vacant residential units to assess maintenance and repair needs.
• Complete a variety of maintenance tasks including painting, drywall repair, flooring replacement, appliance installation, and minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Coordinate with property management to prioritize work orders and ensure timely completion of make-ready processes.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each unit.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
