Job summary

TAM Residential is seeking a Make Ready Technician for the Tulsa, OK area. You will prepare vacant apartment units by cleaning and performing maintenance to meet habitability, safety, and aesthetic standards before new tenants move in.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical manuals.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartment units by cleaning and performing routine maintenance.
• Repair or replace fixtures, doors, and hardware as needed.
• Paint walls and trim; install flooring where required.
• Inspect units for safety and habitability before occupancy.
• Maintain safety protocols and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Document completed work and update make-ready checklists.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs when needed.
