Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician in New Braunfels, TX to turn vacant apartment homes quickly to market-ready condition. You’ll perform repairs, caulking, painting touch-ups, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include completing make-ready checklists, maintaining common areas, and responding to resident needs with professionalism and urgency. The role requires physical stamina and flexibility for evenings or weekends, with OSHA safety adherence.

Qualifications

• Repair and make-ready of vacant apartment homes per checklist.
• Caulking and sealing around windows, sinks, toilets, showers.
• Inspect sheetrock and perform needed repairs.
• Paint touch-ups for vacant and occupied units.
• Assist in maintaining grounds and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Complete make-ready checklist and document work orders.
• Fix or replace items to avoid wasteful spending.
• Keep safety policies; attend training and follow OSHA guidelines.
• Provide timely and courteous service to residents.
